RMNP plan to kill elk criticized for being too vague

Two Colorado wildlife agencies criticized Rocky Mountain National Park this week for its elk management plan, saying it is too vague and includes too many options those organizations have opposed from the beginning.  

“The biggest problem I have is that there’s sort of a litany of items that are available according to the (plan),”
